Councilperson Teresa Watkins Brown is inviting Ward One residents to a community meeting on March 24 at the Riverside Community Center, located at 3061 E. Riverside Drive.

The meeting aims to provide updates and information relevant to local residents. City leadership will discuss topics including Public Utilities, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and other city matters. Representatives from the Fort Myers Police Department and Fire Department are also expected to attend to share information and answer questions from attendees.

Residents who cannot attend in person have the option to register and watch the meeting live online.

The event is intended as an opportunity for Ward One residents to engage with city officials, learn about ongoing projects, and address any concerns they may have regarding their neighborhood or city services.

Community meetings like this one allow local government leaders to connect directly with constituents and foster open communication about important issues affecting the area.
