Universal Orlando Resort will host its annual holiday celebration from November 21, 2025, through January 4, 2026. The event will feature a variety of seasonal activities and decorations across the resort’s theme parks, including Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and for the first time, select areas at Universal Epic Universe.

Visitors can experience Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at three locations: Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure, Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida, and the new Ministry of Magic area at Epic Universe. Special performances by The Frog Choir and Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees are scheduled, along with “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle,” a nighttime projection show.

Seuss Landing will celebrate Grinchmas with “The Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular” stage show. Guests can meet The Grinch during daily appearances and visit a new Who-ville Tree Lot featuring Dr. Seuss-themed trees.

Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s returns to Universal Studios Florida with large balloons and floats inspired by popular characters such as the Minions from Despicable Me, Shrek, Madagascar, and more. Santa Claus will lead the lighting of an 80-foot Christmas tree.

Celestial Park in Universal Epic Universe will also be decorated for the holidays with themed lighting and décor.

Add-on experiences include The Universal Holiday Tour—a guided tour offering exclusive meet-and-greets with The Grinch and Santa Claus, reserved viewing for parade events, cookie decorating sessions, and priority access to one attraction. This tour is available on select dates for $79.99 per person plus tax; Annual and Seasonal Passholders receive a $10 discount per ticket.

The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast offers guests a themed breakfast alongside characters from Seuss Landing at Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous. Menu items include Green Eggs & Ham Quiche and Betty Lou Who Fluffy Ricotta Pancakes. Prices are $58.99 plus tax per adult and $32.99 plus tax per child (ages 3-9).

At Universal CityWalk, the Red Coconut Club will become the Green and Red Coconut Club with live entertainment under this year’s “Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge” theme. Earl the Squirrel will appear on select dates in CityWalk Plaza. Restaurants throughout CityWalk will offer seasonal food options.

All eleven Universal Orlando Resort hotels will participate in holiday festivities with special menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve buffets, tree lightings, Hanukkah menorah ceremonies, carolers, and more.

New Year’s Eve celebrations are planned across all four theme parks—Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe—as well as CityWalk and all resort hotels. More details about these events will be announced later.

Access to most holiday experiences is included with regular park admission. Florida residents can save up to 40% off hotel rates during their visit to Universal Orlando Resort hotels; additional perks include early park admission (with ticket) and resort-wide charging privileges.
