Cory Demmel is set to interview AI consultant Jackie Celske at the Southwest Florida Leaders Lunch, where they will discuss “The Human Edge: Leadership in an AI World.” The event will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Cape Christian Worship Center in Cape Coral, Florida.

Jackie Celske is the founder of The PROSE Co., an AI consultancy certified by WSI. She focuses on creating tailored, human-centered AI adoption strategies for organizations. According to the event announcement, her background includes psychology, communications, and marketing leadership. “Her approach is anchored in empathy, service, and the conviction that innovation should make us more human, not less,” the statement reads.

The lunch session aims to provide actionable leadership insights that attendees can use immediately. It also offers networking opportunities with other leaders who prioritize growth and development. Attendees will be served a steak and chicken buffet lunch provided by Outback Steakhouse.

Organizers encourage both experienced executives and emerging leaders to attend in order to develop their leadership skills further. There is also a discount available for college student leaders using a specific registration code.
