South Florida real estate firms announce new hires and leadership changes

Several real estate firms in South Florida have announced new leadership appointments and broker moves.

United Capital, based in Miami Beach, has named Adam Lipkin as managing director of capital markets. In his new position, Lipkin will manage capital solutions for United Capital’s own portfolio as well as its clients. According to the company, Lipkin previously served nearly four years as a vice president with Greystone Capital Advisors and has closed more than $3.2 billion in transactions across various commercial asset classes. He is also the founder of the C-PACE Guy and specializes in C-PACE financing solutions.

SVN Commercial Partners in Boca Raton appointed Scott R. Maesel, its managing partner, as interim team leader for its retail, office, and industrial group. Maesel formerly led SVN Chicago Commercial and has worked with the firm for almost 18 years.

Damac selected Tara West from Douglas Elliman to serve as director of sales for the Delmore, an ultra-luxury condominium project planned for the Champlain Towers site in Surfside. The company also added Ryan and Max Farbstein as agents on the project.

Identical twins Jasmine Dorev and Jessica Miranda-Lantigua joined Elliman under the name Miranda Sisters Group. They will work out of Elliman’s Boca Raton office after founding The Island Your Real Estate Company on Fisher Island.

Lisandra Martinez left Compass to join Barnes International Realty based in Miami Beach, where she will lead the Mansions Group. She spent nearly eight years with Chad Carroll Group prior to this move.
