Related Ross announced on Mar. 17 the launch of sales for Edgeworth, its third planned condominium highrise in West Palm Beach. The project will be located at 1155 South Flagler Drive, currently the site of West Palm Beach’s Family Church campus.

The new development is set to rise 28 stories and will feature 168 units, including nine penthouses. Units will range from one to five bedrooms, with prices starting at $2.5 million and reaching up to $35.5 million. The complex will offer residents access to 90,000 square feet of amenities, such as a pool deck.

Sales for Edgeworth will be led by Adam McPherson of Related Ross and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Corcoran Sunshine is also handling sales and marketing for South Flagler House and Shorecrest, which are Related Ross’ other condominium projects in the city.

Kohn Pedersen Fox has been selected as the architect for Edgeworth, having previously designed Hudson Yards in New York City. MAWD will handle interior design for the towers. Plans also include a new school and sanctuary for Family Church on the same site, both designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox.

South Flagler House has reportedly achieved more than $500 million in pre-sales during the first quarter of this year. In June, Steve Ross secured a $600 million construction loan for that project, with reports indicating that former Apple CEO John Sculley is under contract to purchase a $40 million unit there. Last month, Ross obtained a $157 million construction loan for Shorecrest, another planned 28-story tower with 98 units at the former Temple Israel site.

Market observers say that this season has been active for new developments in West Palm Beach’s real estate market. Other projects underway include Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development’s planned 25-story building at 400 Hibiscus Street and Great Gulf’s Mandarin Oriental Residences in the city’s north end.
