Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show in Panama City Beach, Florida will launch a new holiday-themed performance beginning November 6, 2025. The show, running through January 3, 2026, features Captain Blackbeard and his crew on a quest to recover lost Christmas gifts.

Dolly Parton commented on the upcoming production: “I’ve always said I love mixing my pirates’ ‘Yo Ho’ with a little holiday ‘Ho Ho Ho!’ Bringing Pirates Voyage to Panama City Beach was another dream come true, and now we’re decking the decks for my favorite time of year. This new holiday show is full of laughs, adventure and just the right touch of Christmas magic. So come enjoy great food and fun and start a brand-new tradition with us—it’s a Holly Dolly, Jolly Roger Christmas like no other!”

The storyline centers around a traveler in red who arrives in Buccaneer Bay only to discover that his bag of presents has disappeared on Christmas Eve. Captain Blackbeard and first mate Calico Jack lead an effort to find the missing treasure before midnight so that Christmas can be saved. Audience members are invited to join in the search alongside the Crimson and Emerald pirate crews. The narrative concludes with Captain Blackbeard donning the traveler’s red coat and discovering the meaning of Christmas during a live Nativity scene.

Additional entertainment includes acrobatic performances by pirate crews above Buccaneer Bay as well as comedic segments featuring a castaway character and her sea lion companion.

Before the main event begins, families can participate in activities at Pirates Village where children may dress up as mermaids or pirates. The experience also includes a four-course meal featuring dishes such as creamy vegetable soup, roasted chicken, pulled pork, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, dessert options like apple pie or chocolate coconut cake, along with unlimited beverages. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available upon request.

Dolly Parton’s dinner shows have been operating since 1988 across multiple locations including Pigeon Forge (Tennessee), Branson (Missouri), Myrtle Beach (South Carolina), and Panama City Beach (Florida). These venues offer themed dining experiences that combine theatrical productions with family-style meals.
