Palm Beach County’s condominium market remained stable last week, with brokers closing 64 condo sales for a total of $31.4 million between August 11 and August 17. This figure is nearly identical to the previous week, when 66 units were sold for the same dollar volume.
The average sale price per unit increased to $491,305, up from $413,454 the prior week. The average price per square foot also rose, reaching $328 compared to $278 previously. These figures are based on data from Redfin.
The top ten sales during this period ranged in price from $717,500 to $2.8 million. The highest-priced transaction was Unit 1708 at Toscana South, located at 3740 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, which closed at $2.8 million or $985 per square foot. Judith Randon with Judith Randon Realty and Nancy Ghen with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the listing; Jonathan Lewis with Elite Realty of South Florida brought the buyer.
Unit 3102 at Havn Residences & Yacht Club in Palm Beach Shores recorded the second-highest sale at $2.5 million, or $939 per square foot. Thomas Murray and Alyssa Ward with Compass handled the listing while Jade Mather with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.
Other notable transactions included a unit at Chalfonte in Boca Raton that sold for $1.71 million ($1,181 per square foot), as well as multiple deals at Jupiter Country Club where prices reached up to $717,500.
