Meghan Madden has been promoted to Director of Operations at The Heights Foundation/The Heights Center. In her new position, Madden will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization. She will work closely with leadership to improve programs, facilities, and administrative systems that support the foundation’s mission in the Harlem Heights community.

Previously, Madden served as Office Administrator and Events Coordinator for The Heights Foundation. In that role, she managed office functions, supported staff members, and organized fundraising and community events.

“We are thrilled to recognize Meghan’s dedication and contributions with this well-deserved promotion,” said Kathryn Kelly, Founder and CEO of The Heights Foundation. “Her ability to manage complex operations while keeping our team and mission at the forefront makes her a tremendous asset as we continue to grow.”

As Director of Operations, Madden’s responsibilities will expand to include payroll management, collaboration with facilities and administrative staff, and supporting new systems aimed at improving internal processes across all programs.
