A new holiday event inspired by European Christmas markets is scheduled for Marco Island later this year. The Old World Christmas Bazaar Market, organized by Our Daily Bread Food Pantry and the Marco Island Center for the Arts, will take place at Veteran’s Community Park on November 29 and 30, 2025.

The event aims to recreate the atmosphere of a traditional European holiday village with artisan vendors selling handmade jewelry, home décor, crafts, and other gifts. Local food vendors will offer seasonal treats, while activities for children and live holiday music are also planned. All proceeds from the market will support the missions of both organizing groups.

“This event is a celebration of community, creativity, and the joy of the holiday season,” said Allyson Richards, President of the Board of Our Daily Bread Food Pantry. “We invite everyone to join us for a magical weekend that supports feeding both the body and the soul.”

Artisan merchants interested in participating can apply for booth spaces priced at $125 for a 10’x10’ setup or $50 for table-only spaces under a tented area. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.

Additional details about vendor applications and sponsorship opportunities can be found at www.marcoislandart.org or by contacting info@marcoislandart.org.

Our Daily Bread Food Pantry provides food assistance six days per week through appointments, deliveries, Saturday distributions, mobile pantries, and school programs. More information is available at www.ourdailybreadfoodpantry.org.
