The Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau announced on April 21 a list of activities and ongoing events happening in Fort Myers and nearby neighborhoods for the week of April 20-26.

The bureau releases weekly updates to inform residents and visitors about local happenings, aiming to keep the community engaged with cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities. Additional event details can be found at visitfortmyers.com.

Ongoing attractions include Adventures in Paradise Cruises with nightly departures from Port Comfort Road in Fort Myers, Butterfly House tours at Rotary Park in Cape Coral on select mornings, Everglades Day Safari excursions departing daily from Fort Myers and Estero, Tarpon Bay Explorers kayak tours on Sanibel Island every Wednesday morning, and several historical walking tours by True Tours in downtown Fort Myers. Performing arts venues such as Alliance for the Arts, Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre, Florida Repertory Theatre, and Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center continue to offer exhibits and performances throughout the week.

For those interested in music or art exhibitions, venues like Americana Community Music Association at All Faiths Unitarian Church in Fort Myers and Arts Bonita’s two locations in Bonita Springs provide additional options. Bayside Park Concert Series offers live music at Fort Myers Beach.
