The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) joined forces with the Alliance for Retired Americans at the latter’s annual pension symposium. The event, led by retired IAM General Secretary-Treasurer Robert Roach, Jr., focused on concerns about political actions that could affect Social Security and retirement plans supporting older Americans, including many members of the IAM.

Participants at the symposium highlighted ongoing challenges to these benefits and discussed ways to advocate for their protection. The Alliance for Retired Americans continues its efforts to safeguard retirement security for seniors across the country.
