IAM District 160 organized a fundraiser at Topgolf in Renton, Washington, raising over $30,000 for Guide Dogs of America | Tender Loving Canines (GDA | TLC). The event brought together more than 100 members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), along with their families and supporters. Activities included golf games, bingo, raffle prizes, and a silent auction.

The funds will support GDA | TLC’s work providing trained service dogs free of charge to people who are blind or visually impaired, veterans, and children with autism.

“The IAM’s commitment to Guide Dogs of America goes back decades,” said IAM Western Territory General Vice President Robert “Bobby” Martinez. “Our members have always answered the call to give back, and this fundraiser is another example of the compassion and strength that defines our union family.”

The event was led by IAM District 160 Business Representative Zac Collins.

IAM has supported GDA | TLC for many years as its preferred charity. Over time, members have raised millions of dollars for the organization.
