The Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau (VCB) has released its weekly list of activities and events in Fort Myers and the surrounding areas for the week of November 10-16. The VCB provides these updates every Monday to inform residents and visitors about upcoming opportunities in the region.
A range of ongoing tours and experiences are available throughout the week. Adventures in Paradise Cruises and Tours offers nightly cruises at 5 p.m. from their location on Port Comfort Road in Fort Myers, with tickets ranging from $39 to $49. Butterfly House tours take place at Rotary Park in Cape Coral on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., with donations accepted as entry.
For those interested in nature excursions, Everglades Day Safari operates daily trips departing from Fort Myers and Estero between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., costing $200 per person. The Sundial Beach Resort & Spa on Sanibel Island is offering a limited-time two-for-one day pass deal, which includes dining credits; Lee County residents receive an additional discount.
Kayak tours with Tarpon Bay Explorers are scheduled for Wednesdays at 10 a.m. on Sanibel Island, with adult tickets priced at $40 and children’s tickets at $35. True Tours provides several history-focused walking tours in downtown Fort Myers, including cemetery, haunted history, and River District tours.
Cultural activities include exhibitions at Alliance for the Arts in Fort Myers and Arts Bonita in Bonita Springs, along with performances at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre and Florida Repertory Theatre. The Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center also hosts exhibits downtown.
Live music can be found at Bayside Park Concert Series on Fort Myers Beach, while Cultural Park Theatre presents shows in Cape Coral.
