Florida Realtors names Chuck Bonfiglio as president; major moves at top brokerages

Chuck Bonfiglio has taken over as president of Florida Realtors for 2026. Bonfiglio, who owns AAA Realty Group in Plantation, previously held roles as treasurer, vice president, and president-elect at the organization. He now represents more than 230,000 realtors statewide and will focus on issues including taxes, insurance, and housing affordability.

Christine Jarro has been appointed director of property management for CBRE in South Florida. Jarro comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was an associate director for nearly three years. In her new position, she will oversee 13 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space across the tri-county area.

Township Capital in Palm Beach promoted Jonathan Sparacio to chief operating officer. Sparacio joined the firm as director of finance in 2024 and will now be responsible for financial strategy, capital planning, and operational infrastructure. The company is led by founder and CEO Matthew Gorelik and manages a portfolio that covers various asset classes across the United States.

The Keyes Company added Landmark IV Group to its Hollywood office. Landmark IV Group was established in 1980 and is managed by Janie and Amy Berman.

Dawn McKenna of Coldwell Banker Realty expanded her team’s presence to the 30A and Destin areas. New agents Bonnie Hall—who has worked with Coldwell Banker since 2012—and Maria McKenna are joining her team in this region. Their service areas include Fort Walton Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach along the Emerald Coast. Home prices in the 30A area have seen significant increases recently; last month a beachfront teardown sold for $41 million—a record price.

BI Group selected One Sotheby’s International Realty as broker for its Parkside project in Brickell. The planned development will feature eight stories with 187 condo-hotel units.

Brown Harris Stevens continues to expand its South Florida team by bringing on the Arca Group—a four-agent team consisting of Jenny Gonzalez, Rocio Useche, Adriana Sanchez, and Diana Yocum—from Engel & Völkers to its Continuum office. According to a news release, their combined career sales volume exceeds $600 million.
