The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced a virtual customer meeting for residents served by Gulfstream Utility, LLC. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Gulfstream Utility filed an application in June 2025 requesting a rate increase. The company provides wastewater services to 965 residential customers in Orange County and receives water service through a bulk agreement with Orange County.

According to the FPSC, the purpose of the meeting is to give customers an opportunity to share their comments regarding Gulfstream’s quality of service and the process for setting rates. The Commission will take all customer input into account when reviewing the request for a rate increase.

Customers who wish to speak during the meeting must register ahead of time. Registration can be completed using the FPSC’s online speaker sign-up form found under “Hot Topics” on its homepage. Those without internet access can register by phone at (850) 413-7080 or via email.

Speaker registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30, and closes at noon on Friday, January 9.

A live webcast of the meeting will be available by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.”

For more information about the meeting or registration process, customers are encouraged to visit the FPSC website.
