Florida Public Service Commission schedules virtual meeting for Citrus Waterworks customers

The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Citrus Waterworks, Inc. customers on October 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

Citrus Waterworks filed an application with the FPSC on April 30, 2025, seeking adjustments to its water and wastewater rates in Citrus County. The upcoming meeting will allow customers to provide comments on the proposed rate changes and on the company’s quality of service. The FPSC stated that customer feedback will be considered as part of the decision-making process.

Customers who wish to speak at the meeting can register by completing an online registration form found under Hot Topics on the FPSC homepage and clicking the “Sign-up to Speak” link, by calling the FPSC at 1-850-413-7080, or by emailing the FPSC. Registration for speakers opens on October 16 at 9:00 a.m. EDT and closes on October 28 at noon.

The meeting is open to all customers of Citrus Waterworks, which serves 154 residential customers and one general service customer in Citrus County. Those who do not wish to speak can watch the meeting live by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events” on the FPSC website.
