Duke Energy to announce Q4 and year-end 2025 financial results on February 10

Duke Energy announced it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2025 on February 10, 2026. The company will publish these results at 7 a.m. Eastern Time on its investor website at duke-energy.com/investors.

A conference call with analysts is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET the same day to discuss the quarterly and annual performance as well as other business updates. The call will be led by Harry Sideris, president and chief executive officer, along with Brian Savoy, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Access to the conference call is available through Duke Energy’s investor website or by phone using the numbers provided for U.S. and international participants. Callers are advised to join 10 to 15 minutes before the start time using confirmation code 807396.

A recording of the webcast will be accessible in the investors’ section of Duke Energy’s website beginning February 11.
