As the real estate market in South Florida enters a busy period, several firms are expanding their teams and leadership.
Compass has added the Champagne & Parisi Team, a group of 78 agents, to its Boca Raton office. The team, previously known as Champagne & Parisi Real Estate, was established by Claude Champagne and Caesar Parisi in 2011. It focuses on luxury properties in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, and Boynton Beach.
Earlier this year, Compass made headlines with its $1.6 billion acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate. The company has continued its growth in the region, bringing on the 40-agent Korman Group in Boca Raton in July and a 15-agent team in Stuart in September.
KW Property Management & Consulting (KWPMC) has appointed Jennifer Santaniello as regional vice president for Palm Beach County. “She will be focused on maximizing property values for condo and HOA properties,” according to a news release. Santaniello was previously vice president of the Manhattan condo and co-op division at FirstService Residential.
KWPMC was recently chosen as property manager for Forté on Flagler, a new condominium building developed by Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures in West Palm Beach. The 25-story tower with 40 units began closings earlier this summer. Buyers include Fox News contributor Liz Peek, New York Times heiress Cynthia Sulzberger, and former Sotheby’s Holdings CEO Michael Ainslie.
Odevo, based in Sweden, acquired KWPMC from founder Paul Kaplan in 2022 and named him CEO of Odevo U.S. last year. In February, Katalina Cruz became CEO of KWPMC and senior vice president of Odevo U.S., while Jorge Lago was promoted to president and chief operating officer of KWPMC.
Illustrated Properties also announced that Shane McCain will serve as director of commercial real estate. McCain founded BluEdge Professional Real Estate in Palm Beach Gardens and is bringing seven associates from BluEdge to join Illustrated’s headquarters staff.
