Tickets are now available for Premier Mobile Health Services’ upcoming Casino Soiree, a Roaring Twenties-themed fundraising event scheduled for Nov. 1 at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Bell Tower in Fort Myers.

The event will include live entertainment, casino-style games, and a 1920s-inspired setting. Funds raised will support Premier Mobile Health Services’ nonprofit mobile health clinics and its walk-in clinic in Fort Myers. The organization aims to provide health care access across Lee and Collier counties, regardless of patients’ insurance status or ability to pay.

“Providing quality health care is costly,” said Dr. Nadine “Deanie” Singh, founder and CEO of Premier Mobile Health Services. “While we are extremely grateful for grants we receive, they are not always enough for us to meet the growing needs in our community. Events like the speakeasy bring community support and generosity, allowing us to serve those who are medically vulnerable and at risk of long-term illness.”

The Premier Speakeasy is set from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1 at DoubleTree by Hilton at Bell Tower in Fort Myers, located at 13051 Bell Tower Drive. Tickets cost $125 per person and include hors d’oeuvres, two drink tickets, and gaming vouchers.

Premier Mobile Health Services provides early-detection screenings, blood pressure and diabetes checks, drug screenings, metabolic profiles, nutrition counseling, basic vaccinations, health education, physicals for children, as well as acute and chronic disease management.

The organization holds a 2025 Gold Rating from the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics’ Quality Standards Program for patient care quality. It also has earned the 2025 Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid for nonprofit transparency and accountability.

Its mobile clinic features an onsite pharmacy and point-of-care laboratory for immediate test analysis.
