A newly built house in Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, known as the city’s most expensive residential neighborhood, led luxury home contracts in Palm Beach County for the week of November 3 to November 9. According to a report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team, buyers signed ten contracts for properties priced at $3 million or more during that period. The total asking price for these homes reached $67.7 million, with an average time on the market of 84 days.

This figure marks a decrease compared to the previous week, when fourteen contracts were signed totaling $85.1 million in asking volume.

The report covers both single-family homes and condos listed on Beaches MLS with asking prices above $3 million. It also recorded 62 new listings and reported a total of 1,166 active listings in the county.

Of last week’s pending sales, nine were single-family homes while one was a condo listed at $3.4 million, or $852 per square foot, after spending 60 days on the market. The average asking price among the single-family homes was $7.2 million; these properties spent an average of 107 days on the market before going under contract.

The highest-priced home to go under contract was a 6,700-square-foot residence at 290 Sabal Palm Terrace in Boca Raton with an asking price of $9 million. The property is located within Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club—a gated community noted for its exclusivity and where football player Travis Kelce rented a waterfront home earlier this year.

Public records indicate that Robert and Robyn Morgan are selling the property after purchasing it for $3.5 million in 2022 and completing construction in 2023. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house includes a pool and other amenities according to listing details. Initially listed at $10 million in April, Zillow data shows that its price was reduced twice before reaching its current asking price.

David Roberts with Royal Palm Properties holds the listing; he is recognized as the top agent in The Real Deal’s 2025 Palm Beach County broker ranking.
